The R2 Studio is all about family photography. Each family is so much fun to capture! Enter: The Lucero’s. Alfie and Nikki have been together for 10 years, and married for 5. This beautiful relationship has brought them Remie, their beautiful daughter! Overall, Remie is your typical 3 year old. Active, social, crazy and likes to talk a lot! She also gets excited about everything! Mostly, it is flowers, the color orange, animals (same, girl) and her toy camera! Remie loves pictures. Maybe she’ll end up like Robin and creating her own family photography one day!
Remie gets her love for pictures and art from Alfie. Alfie is a passionate artist that loves tattoos, derby hats and converse. Such a cool, determined guy! All of that aside, Alfie is a great dad! He is super hands on and very sensitive when it comes to Remie. He loves to spend one on one time with her, bonding over music. Their family photography includes so many cool instruments in their home! Nikkie loves when Remie just looks into her dad’s eyes. The bond between father and daughter is very special!
Nikki and Remie also have a wonderful and nurturing relationship. She loves to smother her daughter and Remie asks to hold her mom’s hand and snuggles up to her. Nikki feels so connected to her daughter in these moments. Remie even tells her mom to hug her tighter! These moments are what being a parent is all about! We love to capture these moments of love within our family photography. Remie is only three and we know these moments come and go very quickly. We were also very happy to include Nikki’s mom, Joanna! The loves just flows all around this family!
